My name is Mike. I’m 60 years old and I have an autoimmune disease called Sjogren’s Syndrome.
A few years ago, I was incapacitated with fatigue and inflammation. The disease was progressing. My stress levels were too high. I had every excuse to stop trying.
But I made a choice. I decided to fight back with fitness, nutrition, and a mindset that refuses to quit.
Today, I train 5 times per week. I play competitive ball hockey with teammates 30 years younger. I’m living proof that you’re only limited by your thoughts.
